Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page. A plan change applies right away, with the difference prorated. A cancellation keeps your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do replies sound generic?
No. Replai uses your business type, tone preference, and custom instructions to generate replies that sound like you wrote them.
What is the difference between Essential and Unlimited?
Both include the Chrome extension and every auto-reply mode. Essential writes up to 30 replies a month; Unlimited has no limit and adds analytics and recurring-complaint insights. Most owners start on Essential and move up the month they hit 30.
What languages are supported?
Replai auto-detects the review language and replies in kind. EN, FR, NL, DE, ES, and IT are supported, with more coming.
What happens when I have used my 30 Essential replies?
Generation pauses until the 1st of the next month. Upgrade to Unlimited from your account page and it resumes right away.
