What we collect
Account email, business profile details you enter, reviews you paste, and the replies we generate. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it
Solely to operate the service: generate replies, show analytics, prevent abuse, and improve quality. Replies are not used to train third-party models without your opt-in.

Data residency
Data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt and Paris) with encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for 30 days.

Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Account settings. EU/UK residents have the rights granted by GDPR.
