Account email, business profile details you enter, reviews you paste, and the replies we generate. We do not sell personal data.
Solely to operate the service: generate replies, show analytics, prevent abuse, and improve quality. Replies are not used to train third-party models without your opt-in.
Data is stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Paris) with encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are retained 30 days.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Account settings. EU/UK residents have the rights granted by GDPR.
